About The Position

Residential Home Health and Hospice is hiring a Phlebotomist to provide home health services to patients in Naperville, Illinois, and the surrounding area. Requirements

Certification in Phlebotomy.
High school diploma or certificate.
At least one year of healthcare experience.
Valid driver's license.
Ability to spend approximately 20% of the workday driving to and from patient locations.

Responsibilities

Perform peripheral blood draws according to physician orders while ensuring patient comfort, safety, and professionalism.
Communicate laboratory collection updates and report patient results promptly and accurately to the Registered Nurse and care team.
Respond promptly to patient needs and communicate effectively with the care team.
Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the EMR.
Travel to patient homes within the assigned territory.
