About The Position
Inspired Homecare is seeking a Home Health Occupational Therapist to provide in-home therapy services to patients. The role includes conducting evaluations and assessments and developing personalized treatment plans. The therapist works with patients and their families to provide compassionate care, and collaborates with other healthcare professionals to support coordinated care. The position offers per-diem scheduling flexibility, with visits arranged according to therapist availability, and requires travel to patients’ homes in different locations.
Requirements
- Experience working in home health.
- Familiarity with an EMR system such as WellSky Kinnser (also referred to in the posting as HCHB).
- Flexibility to travel to different locations throughout the day.
