About The Position

Angels of Care Home Health is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) in Apache Junction, Arizona, and surrounding areas. Nurses provide direct, one-on-one medical care to infants, children, and/or adolescents in their homes, following the active plan of care provided by the physician and other appropriate personnel. Both full-time and part-time schedules are available, with day, night, and weekend shifts. New graduates are welcome, and training is provided.

Requirements

Active RN or LPN/LVN license.
Ability to provide care in a client’s home setting.
Ability to make a positive and lasting impression.

Responsibilities

Provide care for infants, children, and/or adolescents in their homes according to the active plan of care.
Conduct ongoing patient care and assessments.
Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies.
Coordinate care.
Educate family members about the patient’s clinical care to support positive outcomes.
Carry out preventative initiatives to protect the quality of patient care.
