BrightStar Care is looking for compassionate and skilled LVNs and RNs to join our team in Rusk, TX! Requirements
- Current Texas LVN or RN license in good standing
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude
- Reliable transportation
Nice To Haves
- Home health or private duty nursing experience preferred
- Current CPR certification preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care in the home setting
- Administer and manage medications as ordered
- Monitor and document changes in the client's condition
- Communicate and collaborate with families and the care team
- Assist with treatments and physician-ordered care plans
- Promote the client's comfort, safety, and overall well-being
- Provide compassionate, high-quality care tailored to each client's individual needs
