Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
• Provide medication reminders
• Monitor the client's comfort and safety
• Follow client and family preferences carefully
• Maintain a calm, clean, and supportive environment
• Communicate any concerns or changes to the appropriate care team
