About The Position
BrightStar Care is urgently seeking a compassionate, dependable, and skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team in Princeton, TX. We are looking for a dedicated nurse who is passionate about providing exceptional one-on-one care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of clients and their families.
Requirements
- Current Texas LVN license in good standing
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
- Compassionate, dependable, and professional approach to patient care
- Home health or private duty nursing experience preferred
- Current CPR certification
- Reliable transportation
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care in the home setting
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Monitor and document the patient’s condition
- Follow individualized plans of care
- Communicate and collaborate with physicians, families, and care teams
- Promote patient comfort, safety, and overall well-being
- Provide compassionate, professional care tailored to each client’s needs
