Requirements

• Current Texas LVN or RN license
• Current CPR certification
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation
• Current auto insurance

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing visits and individualized patient care
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
• Perform wound care and monitor healing
• Complete comprehensive patient assessments
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition
• Educate patients and families regarding care plans and health needs
• Communicate and coordinate with physicians, caregivers, and the BrightStar Care clinical team
• Provide compassionate, professional care in the patient's home
