About The Position
PurposeCare is seeking a Home Health Licensed Practical Nurse to provide skilled home health visits and personalized care to patients in their homes. The role supports patients’ health, safety, recovery, and daily-life needs through one-on-one care and independent clinical decision-making. PurposeCare describes home health work as offering flexible scheduling, manageable caseloads, autonomy, and opportunities to build meaningful connections with patients. Requirements
- Current license with the state Board of Nursing.
- At least 1 year of nursing experience.
- Ability to perform physical tasks that may include lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, and standing.
- Current driver’s license and vehicle insurance, and/or access to dependable transportation.
- Ability to successfully complete a background check.
