About The Position
Avita Health System is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join their Home Health & Hospice Department in Galion, Ohio. The LPN will provide quality and safe home health care services under the guidance of the Registered Nurse, adhering to the agency's philosophy and standards of care.
Requirements
- State of Ohio Licensed Practical Nurse licensure.
- BLS certification or obtained within 30 days of hire.
- Current valid Ohio driver’s license.
Responsibilities
- Provides quality and safe delivery of home health care services under the guidance of the HHH Registered Nurse.
- Assists in the provision of home health care services that reflect the home care agency's philosophy and standards of home health and nursing care of assigned clients.
