Home Health Director of Operations
About The Position
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced, motivated healthcare leader to serve as Director of its Medicare-certified Senior Living Home Health office in Raleigh, North Carolina. The office provides skilled nursing and rehabilitation therapy to individuals living in senior living communities and supports approximately 70 clinicians and 6 office employees. The Director oversees daily office operations, supports clinical and administrative teams, builds community partnerships, and helps grow the business. The role calls for a relationship-driven leader who can develop teams, promote accountability and collaboration, and support high-quality, Medicare-compliant care. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule and opportunities for leadership development and long-term career growth.

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations, including staffing, budgeting, planning, recruiting, and financial performance.
- Lead, coach, and develop clinical and administrative employees while promoting accountability, collaboration, and professional growth.
- Establish and maintain partnerships with senior living communities, referral sources, clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Identify growth opportunities, support referral development, and collaborate with business development partners to expand services.
- Partner with clinical leadership to support high-quality, Medicare-compliant home health services and positive patient outcomes.
- Monitor operational and financial metrics, establish performance expectations, and implement strategies for continued success.
- Represent BAYADA professionally within senior living communities and the greater Raleigh healthcare market.
