Requirements

Current RN license in Washington and Idaho.
Demonstrated leadership and supervisory experience.
Strong understanding of clinical regulations, documentation requirements, and quality standards.
Ability to balance clinical priorities with operational and organizational needs.
A leader who is approachable, accountable, collaborative, and committed to developing others.

Nice To Haves

Previous home health, hospice, or other community-based clinical leadership experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership, direction, and support to Clinical Managers and field clinicians.
Oversee day-to-day clinical operations and ensure services are delivered safely, effectively, and in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Monitor patient care, clinical outcomes, documentation, and quality measures.
Support appropriate staffing, scheduling, and clinical resource allocation.
Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance management to clinical team members.
Promote strong communication, accountability, teamwork, and a positive culture.
