About The Position

The Home Health Community Outreach Manager position is responsible for maintaining and managing the Pre Ortho Program data set, monitoring the Recertification process within the Preferred Provider team, and assisting with order follow-up. Requirements

• Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills

• Must have and maintain in good standing professional license, certificate, or registration, as applicable.
