About The Position

The Supervisor of Home Health Clinical is an excellent leadership opportunity overseeing consistent delivery of quality home health care and services. You will utilize independent clinical decision-making capacities every day while engaged in dynamic and ever-changing work projects.

Requirements

Current Registered Nurse, Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Language Pathologist license in Washington State
If Registered Nurse: Registered Nurse license (RN) in Washington State or multi-state licensure endorsement (MSL)
Bachelor's degree in Nursing, or obtained within five (5) years from the initial date of hire; RN with 15+ years of service or internal candidates hired before January 1, 2021 may be considered in satisfaction of this requirement in lieu of an education agreement
Current BLS Certification required
Three (3) years recent Home Health experience
Previous experience and demonstrated skills in a supervisory or lead capacity

Nice To Haves

Bachelor of Science in Nursing or equivalent required A combination of post high-school education and 6 years of recent relevant experience may be substituted for bachelor’s degree requirement, with HR Compensation approval and provided the individual commits to pursuing and completing the graduate degree within a specified time frame.
Masters degree preferred
Two years of previous supervisory experience preferred
