We are looking to hire a Home Health Supervisor As a Home Health Supervisor at MercyOne, you will Provide Provides for the overall leadership and supervision of nursing and health aide personnel. Ensures adherence to standards established by the organization and in accordance with community health standards, IA Nurse Practice Act, State, Federal and Local regulations governing Home Health Care. Responsible for the clinical practice skills, clinical growth and the development of critical thinking skills in the personnel reporting to them. Develops competent clinicians who are able to assist patients in achieving optimal clinical outcomes with field validations of these skills. Functions as a member of the VNA administrative team. Assures overall agency administration in the absence of the Clinical Manager and Agency Director

Requirements

  • Registered Nurse in Iowa & Illinois
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Auto Insurance-Genesis minimum limits required
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • More than 3 years experience required
  • CPR Training

Nice To Haves

  • OASIS Certification within 1 year
  • Preceptor experience
