About The Position

This role is for a high-performing Home Health Business Development Liaison who understands the healthcare landscape and knows how to drive results. It is an opportunity to become a trusted healthcare partner in your market while being supported by a respected and growing organization. The position involves building and strengthening relationships with physicians, hospitals, case managers, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and other referral partners, developing new referral sources while maintaining and growing existing accounts, representing Choice Health at Home as the preferred provider for exceptional patient care, meeting and exceeding monthly admission and census growth goals, partnering closely with clinical teams to ensure smooth patient transitions and quality outcomes, executing strategic territory planning and community outreach initiatives, and maintaining compliance with all healthcare marketing regulations and agency standards.

Requirements

  • Recent home health or hospice marketing/sales experience required
  • Proven success growing referrals and building strong healthcare relationships
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and relationship-driven professional
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Valid driver’s license and auto insurance required

Responsibilities
