About The Position

Infallible Home Care LLC is seeking compassionate and reliable Caregivers to provide high-quality care to clients in their homes. The role supports clients of all ages and helps them remain happy, healthy, and independent at home. Caregivers provide long-term care and personal assistance, help with activities of daily living, and support individuals with developmental disabilities or Alzheimer's. The position also includes transportation to appointments or outings, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience with seniors; applicants must include previous employment history when applying.
• Ability to work independently.
• Treat vulnerable populations with empathy, dignity, and respect.
• Pass a background check.
• Valid driver's license and ability to transport clients.
• Clean driving record and proof of car insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide long-term care and personal assistance.
• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, and medication reminders.
• Use first-aid skills and knowledge of residents' rights to support quality care.
• Drive clients to appointments or outings as needed.
• Support individuals with developmental disabilities or Alzheimer's with compassion and empathy.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment, including preparing meals and completing light housekeeping tasks.
