About The Position

Requirements
- Current Massachusetts CNA certification or verifiable CHHA/HHA/PCA/caregiver experience.
- At least one year of experience in home health, assisted living, or a similar healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
- A heartfelt desire to help others and a positive, respectful, and professional attitude.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs).
- Support patient assessments and monitor vital signs.
- Assist with implementing personalized patient care plans.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients in their homes.
