About The Position

BrightStar Care is hiring compassionate Home Health Aides, Certified Nursing Assistants, Personal Care Aides, and caregivers to provide patient-centered care to clients in their homes in Massachusetts. The role delivers high-quality care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse and supports clients’ daily needs, health monitoring, care plans, and emotional well-being. BrightStar Care describes its workplace as collaborative and supportive, with flexible scheduling and opportunities for professional growth. Compensation is $18.00–$25.00 per hour.

Requirements

• Current Massachusetts CNA certification, or verifiable CHHA/HHA/PCA/caregiver experience.
• At least one year of experience in home health, assisted living, or a similar healthcare setting.
• Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
• A desire to help others and a positive, respectful, and professional attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Support patient assessments and monitor vital signs.
• Assist in implementing personalized patient care plans.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients in their homes.
