About The Position
Matrix Home Care is seeking a compassionate and dependable Home Health Aide to assist a patient in Haines City, Florida. The role involves supporting activities of daily living, providing light personal care assistance, and observing and reporting changes in the patient's condition to clinical staff. The schedule is twice a week from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM, at a pay rate of $17 per hour. The position is subject to Florida background screening requirements under Chapter 435, including fingerprinting and eligibility review before employment.
Requirements
- Reliable transportation.

Nice To Haves
- Active HHA certificate or CNA license preferred.
- Previous home care or caregiving experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Support the patient with activities of daily living (ADLs).
