About The Position

HealthFlex is hiring Home Health Aides to support individuals in their homes. Aides assist with personal care, including bathing and dressing, provide medication reminders, and offer companionship to promote clients’ comfort and well-being. The role involves driving to and visiting patients throughout San Francisco. HealthFlex describes a 5–10-mile territory radius, depending on location, flexible scheduling, autonomy in managing work hours, ongoing individualized training, and easy-to-use documentation and technology. A special opportunity is available for Russian-speaking CNAs, with sponsorship to earn HHA certification and join the team.

Requirements

• Speak Russian fluently for the special CNA sponsorship opportunity.
• At least one year of caregiver experience.
• Commitment to attend a CNA/HHA certification program for the special opportunity.
• Reliable transportation.
• Comfortable driving and visiting patients in all areas of San Francisco.
• Current Home Health Aide certification.
• Current AHA CPR certification.
• Valid driver’s license.

• Russian language proficiency is listed as preferred in the qualifications.
