Home Health Aide (HHA)
About The Position
Community Home Health Care is hiring caring and dependable Home Health Aides to support older adults and individuals with developmental possibilities. Opportunities include full-time and part-time schedules, weekend-only shifts with premium pay, early morning and evening hours, holiday shifts for additional income, and a range of client needs and available hours. Pay is weekly. Home Health Aides support clients with personal care and daily routines while preserving dignity, safety, preferences, and privacy. Duties may include assisting with mobility and transfers, meal preparation and feeding, light housekeeping when included in the care plan, companionship, communication with families and the care team, and accurate visit documentation. Aides follow care plans and agency procedures and report changes in clients’ conditions or needs.
Requirements
- Be compassionate, patient, dependable, attentive to safety, and able to follow instructions.
- Have a genuine commitment to quality patient care.

Responsibilities
- Assist with personal care and daily routines while protecting each client’s dignity.
- Support safe mobility, walking, and transfers as directed.
- Help with meal preparation, feeding, and light housekeeping when included in the care plan.
- Offer companionship and respectful emotional support.
- Follow care plans, agency procedures, and client preferences.
- Notice and promptly report changes in a client’s condition or needs.
- Communicate clearly with clients, families, and the care team.
- Complete visit documentation accurately and on time.
- Respect client privacy and maintain professional boundaries.
