About The Position
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking Home Health Aides to provide care to clients as members of its home care team. Openings are available in High Point and Greensboro, North Carolina. The role pays $16.50 per hour and includes weekly pay, flexible scheduling, efforts to match aides with opportunities near their homes, a positive work environment, and 24/7 on-call clinical manager support. Home Health Aides assist clients with activities of daily living and home management tasks. Requirements
- At least one year of healthcare experience with an employer.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living.
- Provide light housekeeping.
- Assist with bathing and grooming.
- Assist with toileting and nail care.
- Support range-of-motion activities and exercises.
- Assist with oral feeding.
- Perform home management tasks such as laundry, meal preparation, and bed making.
- Assist clients with ambulation.
- Provide medication assistance.
