About The Position

Cypress Village is hiring a hospitality-focused Home Health Aide to join its Innovative Home Services team. The role supports older adults in living independently and confidently through assistance with daily activities, companionship, emotional support, and practical help. Applicants who are not yet certified may receive training and support to become a Home Health Aide. The position pays $16.00 per hour.

Requirements

• Current CPR certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must meet all employment requirements.

Nice To Haves

• Current CNA or HHA certification, or caregiving experience.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Provide companionship, encouragement, and emotional support.
• Help residents remain independent, safe, and confident.
• Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, errands, and transportation as needed.
• Observe and report changes in residents’ conditions or needs.
• Build trusting relationships with residents, families, and team members.
• Deliver care with compassion, dignity, and respect.
