About The Position

EmmUcare Home Health is seeking dependable, compassionate caregivers to provide non-medical, one-on-one support to clients in their homes in Milroy. The work helps clients remain comfortable, supported, and independent. Caregivers follow each client’s care plan, respect individual needs and preferences, and communicate with the office team about changes or completed care. Onboarding guidance, caregiver training, and office support are provided. Previous caregiving experience is welcome but not required. The position offers a flexible schedule based on caregiver availability and client needs. Starting pay is $11–$13 per hour, depending on the assignment and approved offer, with biweekly pay. Responsibilities

Follow each client’s care plan.
Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
Support toileting and incontinence care while preserving clients’ dignity.
Assist with mobility and transfers as directed in the care plan.
Prepare meals and help with light housekeeping and laundry.
Provide companionship, conversation, and encouragement.
Offer medication reminders according to the care plan.
Report changes in a client’s condition or needs to the office.
Record completed care tasks and clock in and out using the electronic visit verification system.
