About The Position

BAYADA is recruiting a Home Health Aide (HHA) to provide personal care, household support, and companionship services to adults in their homes in the ACSP Division. Following a written plan of care from a registered nurse, the HHA helps clients remain safe and independent at home. Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, household support, and companion (homemaker) services according to a written plan of care from a registered nurse.
• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, toileting, and nail care.
• Provide light housekeeping, laundry, and bed-making support.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding.
• Assist with range-of-motion activities and exercises.
• Assist with ambulation, transfers, and use of mechanical lifting devices.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Travel to clients’ homes as assigned.
