About The Position

Elite Care Management, Inc. is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join its home healthcare team. The company has been a provider in the private duty and home health care industry for over 25 years. The position serves one patient for the complete shift, building familiarity with the patient, their needs, and their family life. The aide assists with daily living activities, comfort, and overall well-being to enhance the patient's quality of life.

The listed schedule is 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday, in Naples, Florida 34120. Pay is $22.00 per hour.

Requirements

• Florida State CNA certification or an HHA certificate from a 75-hour training program.
• Current CPR certification.
• Social Security Card.
• Driver’s license and auto insurance card.
• TB test: a two-step test within the last 12 months or QuantiFERON within the last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Maintain records of patient care, condition, progress, or problems, and report and discuss observations with a supervisor or case manager.
• Assist patients with lifting and transferring as needed to support mobility.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
• Perform light housekeeping, such as changing bed linens, laundry, cleaning, and preparing meals.
• Build relationships with patients through conversation and shared activities, and provide stimulation to support their mental well-being and alertness.
• Monitor patients' pulse, temperature, and respiration.
