About The Position
BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring Home Health Aides, caregivers, companions, and personal care aides to provide one-on-one support to clients in their private residences throughout the Lehigh Valley and surrounding counties. Working under a plan of care developed by a registered nurse, aides help clients live safely, comfortably, and independently at home. BAYADA welcomes both experienced caregivers and people new to home care, with training available. The organization emphasizes compassionate, reliable care, flexible schedules, and support for its caregivers. Urgent openings are listed for Berks and Northampton counties, including Allentown, Easton, and Bethlehem.

Responsibilities
- Provide bathing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene assistance.
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding.
- Provide light housekeeping, laundry, and household support.
- Give medication reminders.
- Assist clients with ambulation and transfers.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Deliver one-on-one support in clients’ private residences under a plan of care developed by a registered nurse.
