About The Position

FirstLight Home Care is seeking dedicated and experienced caregivers (HHAs) who want flexible work and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact every day. They are looking for compassionate, reliable individuals to provide care and support to seniors, helping them stay safe, comfortable, and independent at home.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of caregiving experience (family or professional)
• A compassionate, patient, and dependable nature
• Strong communication skills
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license

Nice To Haves

• CPR/First Aid certifications
• CNA/HHA certifications

Responsibilities

• Help seniors stay safe, comfortable, and independent at home by providing gentle personal care and mobility support.
• Provide warm companionship and uplifting conversation.
• Assist with meal preparation and light household tasks.
• Give medication reminders.
• Provide transportation to appointments or errands.
• Communicate clearly and document care plans to support care.
