About The Position

Freedom Pointe at The Villages is hiring Private Duty Home Health Aides and CNAs to provide support to seniors. Some clients are on campus, while others live off campus in their own homes. The role focuses on helping residents with daily activities, providing companionship, and supporting their comfort, dignity, and well-being. Duties may include errands, shopping, light housekeeping, pet care, transportation, and home organization. The employer offers on-the-job training and a flexible schedule.

Requirements

• Experience is preferred but not required; training is available.
• Ability to read and follow care instructions and accurately document services provided.
• Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.
• Compassionate, dependable, and respectful approach to residents and their individual needs.
• Current CPR certification or ability to obtain it upon hire.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in senior care.
• Enthusiasm for hospitality and senior engagement.

Responsibilities
