About The Position
Freedom Pointe at The Villages is hiring Private Duty Home Health Aides and CNAs to provide care for seniors. Clients may live on campus or off campus in their own homes. The role offers the opportunity to support residents’ comfort, dignity, and quality of life through assistance with daily activities, companionship, and other practical services. Experience is preferred but not required, and on-the-job training is available. The position is per diem, with a flexible schedule. The listed pay rate is $15.00 per hour for both Home Health Aides and CNAs.
Requirements
- Experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to read and follow care instructions and accurately document services provided.
- Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.
- Compassionate, dependable, and respectful approach to residents and their individual needs.
- Current CPR certification or certification upon hire.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in senior care.
- Hospitality and senior engagement orientation.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily activities and provide companionship.
- Assist with errands and shopping.
- Provide light housekeeping, including laundry and tidying.
- Provide pet care, transportation, and home organization.
- Read and follow care instructions.
- Accurately document services provided.
- Work independently while treating residents respectfully and compassionately.
