About The Position
BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring Home Health Aides to provide one-on-one care to clients in the Orlando, Florida area, including Doctor Phillips, Windermere, Lake Nona, and Downtown Orlando. The role offers a pay range of $16–$18 per hour, flexible scheduling based on availability, and weekly pay. Home care field employees may qualify for medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision benefits based on average hours worked, with alternative coverage plans available to employees working fewer than 30 hours per week. Requirements
- At least one year of work experience.
- Current Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license.
- BLS-certified CPR.
- Level II Background Check.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living.
- Provide light housekeeping.
- Assist with bathing, grooming, and toileting.
- Provide nail care.
- Assist with range-of-motion activities and exercises.
- Assist with transfers and use mechanical lifting devices.
- Assist with oral feeding.
- Check vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and respiration.
- Perform home management tasks such as laundry, meal preparation, and bed making.
- Assist clients with ambulation.
- Provide medication assistance.
- Provide transportation.
