About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring Home Health Aides to provide one-on-one home care to clients in Orlando, Florida, including Doctor Phillips, Windermere, Lake Nona, and Downtown Orlando. The role involves assisting clients with daily living, personal care, mobility, medication assistance, transportation, and household tasks. The listed pay range is $16–$18 per hour.

Home Care Field Employees may qualify for group medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision benefits by averaging at least 30 hours per week over a three-month measurement period. Requirements

• Minimum one year of work experience.
• Current Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license.
• BLS-certified CPR.
• Level II background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living.
• Provide light housekeeping.
• Assist with bathing, grooming, toileting, and nail care.
• Assist with range-of-motion activities and exercises.
• Assist with transfers, including use of mechanical lifting devices.
• Assist with oral feeding.
• Check vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and respiration.
• Perform home management tasks such as laundry, meal preparation, and bed making.
• Assist clients with ambulation.
• Provide medication assistance.
• Provide transportation.
