About The Position

Guardian Angel Senior Services is seeking a compassionate and reliable Home Health Aide/Personal Care Aide to assist elderly clients. The role involves providing supervision and hands-on support with personal care, mobility, meals, medication reminders, continence care, and household tasks. Candidates who do not already hold an HHA or CNA certification may complete the company-provided HHA training and certification program. Requirements

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic.
• A valid HHA or CNA certification is required; candidates without certification may apply and, if hired, must complete the company-provided HHA training and obtain certification.
• Empathy, patience, and problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and hands-on assistance with bathing, dressing, and other hygiene tasks.
• Encourage mobility and adherence to prescribed exercise programs, including range-of-motion exercises and walking.
• Assist clients with transfers from bed to chair and reposition them according to their care plans, including pressure-point care.
• Prepare meals that meet clients’ dietary needs.
• Remind clients to take their medications.
• Provide continence care.
• Help maintain a clean and safe environment through housekeeping tasks, including laundry and trash removal.
• Grocery shop for clients who can drive.
