About The Position
Silver Lining Home Healthcare is hiring CNAs and caregivers to provide one-on-one personal care and companionship in clients’ homes, hospitals, nursing homes, and rehab centers in Middletown and surrounding areas. Care plans are tailored to each client’s needs, including support when transitioning home from a hospital or companionship for a few hours a day. Full-time and part-time live-in positions are available.
Requirements
- Current CNA or HHA certification, or completion of a Delaware CNA program.
- Open availability, including weekends.
- Physical exam and 2-step PPD, TSpot, and fingerprinting.
- Ability to lift, position, and transfer clients, and operate a Hoyer lift.
- Compassionate, respectful, and committed to excellent care.
Responsibilities
- Provide care according to each client’s Plan of Care.
- Assist with personal care and hygiene.
- Operate a Hoyer lift.
- Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation.
- Follow infection control procedures.
- Protect client privacy and confidential information.
