About The Position
Silver Lining Home Healthcare is hiring CNAs and caregivers to provide one-on-one personal care and companionship in clients’ homes, hospitals, nursing homes, or rehabilitation centers in Milford and the surrounding area. Care plans are tailored to each client’s needs, including support during transitions home from the hospital or companionship for a few hours a day. Full-time and part-time live-in positions are available.
Requirements
- Hold a current CNA or HHA certification, or have completed a Delaware CNA program.
- Have open availability, including weekends.
- Complete a physical exam and 2-step PPD/TSpot and fingerprinting.
- Be able to lift, position, and transfer clients and operate a Hoyer lift.
- Be compassionate, respectful, and committed to excellent care.
Responsibilities
- Provide care according to each client’s Plan of Care.
- Assist with personal care and hygiene.
- Operate a Hoyer lift.
- Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation.
- Follow infection control procedures.
- Protect clients’ privacy and confidential information.
