About The Position

Right at Home Tallahassee is actively seeking experienced Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Home Health Aides (HHAs) for one-on-one, overnight in-home care positions in Tallahassee and surrounding areas. These roles offer consistent night shifts, weekly pay, and a supportive team environment. This is a strong opportunity for a CNA or HHA looking for overnight shifts, 12-hour night shifts, or consistent caregiver hours with a reliable home care agency that prioritizes its caregivers.

Requirements

• Active CNA license or HHA certification (40+ hours required)
• Experience in home health, assisted living, or senior care preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently overnight
• Professional, dependable, and compassionate
• Must be 18 years or older
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
• High school diploma or GED
• In Person CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Ability to pass AHCA Level 2 Background Screening (fingerprinting required)
• Must have fingerprints submitted through the Florida Clearinghouse (or be willing to complete immediately)
• Ability to work at least 2 overnight shifts per week

Responsibilities

• Provide overnight supervision and safety monitoring
• Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing)
• Support mobility, transfers, and fall prevention
• Assist with toileting and incontinence care
• Perform light housekeeping and home support
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with morning routines at the end of shift
