About The Position

We have immediate openings for Home Health Aides (HHA) throughout the Arlington, Lexington, Bedford, Concord area. We offer flexible hours, including full-time, part-time, days, evenings, weekends, overnights, and block hours. We have a variety of clients and schedules available and will work to find opportunities that fit your schedule. We are hiring in Lexington, Burlington, Bedford, Woburn, Arlington, Concord, and surrounding communities.

Requirements

• HHA certified
• Reliable and dependable
• Compassionate and patient
• Comfortable providing personal care
• Able to work independently in a client's home

Nice To Haves

• CNA-certified caregivers
• Nursing students with home care experience

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Provide mobility and transfer assistance.
• Offer medication reminders.
• Prepare meals.
• Perform light housekeeping.
• Provide companionship.
• Assist with errands and appointments.
• Help seniors remain safe and independent at home.
