About The Position
Professional Case Management, a leader in home healthcare, is hiring STNAs/HHAs/CNAs to provide in-home healthcare services to help those who have served our country. This role offers the benefit of one-on-one patient relationships and the satisfaction of enhancing clients’ health, quality of life, and peace of mind. The position allows for flexible scheduling, providing time for school, travel, volunteering, or family activities.
Requirements
- HHA or similar experience
- Must pass competency assessment with RN
- TB test
Responsibilities
- Provide in-home healthcare services
- Enhance clients' health, quality of life, and peace of mind
- Skilled transfers
- Monitor vital signs
- Timely and accurate documentation
- Assist with range of motion exercises
- Assist with activities of daily living including light duty housekeeping, meal preparation and patient hygiene
