About The Position

Eagle Point Senior Living, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide/CNA to join their growing team. Located near downtown Appleton, WI, Eagle Point Senior Living opened in 2018 and offers Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services in a 136-unit apartment-style community. The role involves providing direct care to residents, assisting with activities of daily living, and engaging them in meaningful ways to help them 'Age Magnificently'.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to all genders of residents, recognizing individual needs, encouraging independence, and treating each resident with respect and dignity.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care.
• Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
• Assist with medication administration.
