Home Care Network is expanding and actively seeking experienced Home Health Aides, including CNA, STNA, DODD-Certified DSP, HHA, CHHA, PCA, etc., interested in providing one-on-one care in the home setting. We understand that healthcare organizations evolve and not all in-home care agencies or facilities deliver on their promise to be a good employer, which is why HHAs / Caregivers are often looking for a stable, supportive employer where they can continue delivering exceptional care through a schedule that fits their lifestyle and personal demands. If you're considering a change, we'd like to connect with you. All positions at HCN are long-term employment opportunities (2+ years desired, or longer) requiring commitment to a full-time, recurring weekly schedule. Available opportunities include Part-Time, Full-Time, and PRN employment types. Whether you're solely seeking a PRN / As-Needed position or are interested in additional hours beyond your Part-Time or Full-Time schedule, HCN Caregivers may have opportunities to accept 1 or multiple clients, specify available days & hours per day from which we build your schedule, and customize travel parameters. Ease in occasional flexible scheduling to accommodate holidays / personal commitments of employee and client. Reassignment (as available) should client requirements or availability change. Whether assigned to care for existing HCN clients, new HCN clients, family member clients, or to support the continuity of care for past clients (when appropriate), we understand the importance of trusted caregiver-client relationships and create smooth transitions and lasting, predictable schedules for both caregivers and clients. For those seeking consistent hours weekly: Qualified Aides who are interested in ongoing employment with increased hours (Part-Time or Full-Time) may be required to start with immediate-need clients and build up to desired total hours/schedule within 60 days. HCN will seek available new cases on your behalf, and you will have first priority for any existing or new cases that arise in your target geography. PRN / As-Needed / On-Call / Back-up Relief client visits, coverage for vacations and leaves, additional Home Health Aide / Personal Care shifts, paid job shadowing for on-the-job training and advancement, and supplemental HHA assignments are available. This role is best suited for individuals who desire flexibility and can accommodate a schedule that changes based on client needs. PRN work is based upon agency and client needs and is never guaranteed. Participation is optional. For the right candidate, this position can serve as a flexible way to maintain clinical practice while earning additional income. For those seeking only PRN, please note that hours vary significantly from week to week while some weeks may offer multiple available shifts, or limited hours, or no available hours at all. No minimum number of hours is guaranteed for PRN positions. For PT/FT Positions: Willingness to travel to and from all client residences to provide care during scheduled, agreed-upon dates and times is required. Your service area is based upon client-specific locations and your acceptance to support them. Clients are typically sought to reside within 0-30 minutes of your home, and willingness to cover clients up to a 45- or 60-minute radius is highly preferred, especially if additional hours / additional clients are desired (not required). For PRN Shifts / Positions: up to a 30-minute radius (from your home) is required, and willingness to cover clients up to a 45- or 60-minute radius is highly desired. Travel is required as needed to all clients throughout North-Central Ohio (approx. 2-hour radius service area). Typical travel distances include a 60-minute radius daily + up to 2 hours on occasion. Door-to-Door mileage reimbursement provided. Qualified applicants may reside in or near any part of the service areas so long as travel requirements are fulfilled. Most available assignments occur during weekdays (Monday through Friday), with morning start times typically between 7:00 AM and 8:00 AM and afternoon/evening end times typically between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM. Weekend opportunities may occasionally become available but are not guaranteed. Overnight opportunities are rare. Shift lengths and schedules vary by client and assignment, and may vary day-to-day, week-to-week for PRN Caregivers. A successful Home Healthcare Aide provides personal care services under the direction of the Registered Nurse or Therapist in their region. You will be assigned to specific clients by the Registered Nurse or other appropriate professionals and perform services for clients as necessary to maintain personal comfort and safety in their home. Together, we can empower our communities' most vulnerable members with the independence they deserve. Join the Home Care Network team and make a difference with an agency where you matter!
