About The Position
Concierge Care is seeking dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Certified Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide in-home senior care in Daytona Beach, Florida, and surrounding areas. Caregivers are matched with available client opportunities according to location and availability. The role offers flexible PRN scheduling, with daytime and evening opportunities, weekday and weekend shifts, recurring schedules when available, and opportunities for additional hours. Care is provided one-on-one in clients’ homes rather than in a facility. Employment is W-2, with weekly pay of $18–$22 per hour. Personal liability insurance is not required. Caregivers help seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes by assisting with personal care, daily living activities, companionship, household tasks, mobility, medication reminders, errands, transportation, and dementia or Alzheimer’s care support. Applicants must meet the listed Florida certification, documentation, training, and background-screening qualifications. Applicants must authorize a comprehensive background review for contracting purposes.
Requirements
- Active Florida CNA license or Certified HHA certificate from a Florida-approved school.
- Valid driver's license and current auto insurance.
- Current CPR certification.
- Social Security card.
- Health statement completed within the past 6 months.
- Required Florida caregiver CEUs and training.
- Eligibility for AHCA/FLClearinghouse Level 2 background screening.
- Authorization for a comprehensive background review for contracting purposes.
Responsibilities
- Help seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care.
- Provide companionship and daily living assistance.
- Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping.
- Provide mobility assistance and fall prevention.
- Give medication reminders.
- Run errands and provide transportation as needed.
- Support clients with dementia and Alzheimer’s care.
