Requirements

  • A valid Registered Nurse license or a Bachelor's Degree in a related field is essential.
  • At least one year of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Leadership experience to effectively mentor a team of nurses while fostering an environment that encourages professional growth.
  • Familiarity with home health regulations and accreditation standards.
  • Clinical experience to supervise the services provided by both staff and contracted professionals.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
  • A valid driver's license and a good driving record.

Responsibilities

  • Take the reins of both administrative and clinical responsibilities, ensuring that high-quality home health care services are delivered effectively.
  • Supervise the clinical services provided by our dedicated team of nurses and support staff.
  • Implement continuous performance improvement activities to elevate our Home Health program.
  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory standards and oversee systems for accurate documentation and clinical best practices.
  • Lead staff mentorship and education, fostering a culture of accountability and professional growth.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for families, ensuring that their concerns are addressed with compassion and efficiency.
  • Manage the Home Health budget and support census growth through strategic relationship-building.
