Requirements

Valid Registered Nurse license or a Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
At least one year of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting.
Leadership experience to mentor a team of nurses effectively while fostering an environment that encourages professional growth.
Familiarity with home health regulations and accreditation standards.
Clinical experience to supervise the services provided by both staff and contracted professionals.
Proficiency in relevant software and tools for managing clinical documentation and workflow.
Valid driver's license and a good driving record.

Responsibilities

Take the reins of both administrative and clinical responsibilities, ensuring that high-quality home health care services are delivered effectively.
Supervise the clinical services provided by our dedicated team of nurses and support staff.
Implement continuous performance improvement activities to elevate our Home Health program.
Maintain compliance with all regulatory standards.
Oversee systems for accurate documentation and clinical best practices.
Lead staff mentorship and education, fostering a culture of accountability and professional growth.
Serve as a primary point of contact for families, ensuring their concerns are addressed with compassion and efficiency.
Manage the Home Health budget.
Support census growth through strategic relationship-building.
