About The Position

We have been located in Houston, TX (Harris County). We serve the South East Texas Regional area for over 14 years. We serve Houston to Baytown; Galveston to Conroe and in between. We are excited to be able to contribute to this grow in this amazing healthcare direct-community and continue to contribute to all patients with a continuum of care and long-term care services. It is our goal to DELIVER excellent and patient experiences to every patient and resident family member.

Requirements

  • Must be a Home Health Administrator in good standing for all licensure in the State of Texas
  • Must have at least a high school diploma or GED
  • Must have at least 2 years of Administrator experience in Home Health
  • Have flexibility and be comfortable and knowledgeable with a broad scope of duties for growth potential in the market
  • Must have Home Care Home Base (HCHB) experience (moderate user or higher)
  • Proficient in computer software (Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe or PDF software)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage stressful situations and numerous simultaneous projects and tasks
  • Strong independent work ethic
  • Good interpersonal and analytical skills

Nice To Haves

  • Prefer a Bachelors Degree

Responsibilities

  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all segments of the staff, the lay and professional public, the Governing Body, the IDG/IDT, and the Medical Director
  • Deep understanding of financial and budget management of a home healthcare company
  • Effective leader with good employee relations, customer service skills and employee engagement
  • Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance regulations with eagerness to improve
