About The Position

The Niemann Harvest Market Home Goods Clerk duties include but are not limited to providing excellent customer service, gaining product knowledge, rotation of product, merchandising, and controlling shrink while fostering a Niemann Harvest Market culture. This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Requirements

• Merchandising experience is preferred
• Read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Write simple correspondence.
• Effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other Associates of the organization.
• Basic math concepts (addition, subtraction, division, multiplication)
• Slip resistant shoes with closed toe and heel
• Safety cutter
• Design knives
• Uniform per store policy
• Pallet jack
• Regularly Stand, Walk, Use hands to finger, handle, or feel, Reach with hands and arms, Communicate with associates and customers, Lift and/or move up to 20 pounds
• Frequently Climb, Balance, Stoop, Kneel, Crouch, Lift and/or move up to 30 pounds
• Occasionally Sit, Overhead lifting, Crawl, Smell, Lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
