Home Coordinator (1099)

We are currently seeking responsible and energetic individuals to join our team as Home Coordinators. As a Home Coordinator, you will be the face of our company, showcasing our homes to potential residents and assisting with various tasks related to our Belong Homes. This role is perfect for someone who is outgoing, detail-oriented, and interested in fostering a sense of community. • Show homes listed for rent to potential residents
• Assist the local team in handling tasks for Belong Homes, including quality assurance checks, move-in tasks, and meeting residents and homeowners
• Be the Director of First Impressions in several pinnacle moments for homeowners and residents
• Have an eye for detail and a desire to learn
• Cultivate a sense of community
• Work on a flexible schedule
• Complete tasks at homes within the city
• Start quickly with provided resources and training material

• Reliable transportation, valid Washington Driver's License, and proof of insurance required
• Smartphone with data + text plan required
• Experience from customer-facing roles preferred, real estate/building management experience preferred
• Weekday and weekend availability, with late afternoon to early evening availability preferred for weekdays
