Strong Communicators Needed for Airbnb Luxe Home Consultant Project - South Padre Island, US
About The Position
Join the program supporting Airbnb’s Luxe offering as a Home Consultant, helping uphold the quality and hospitality standards expected of luxury homes. As part of the Managed Services program, you will conduct in-person home assessments, document property conditions, take photos, and provide detailed evaluation reports for the luxury quality review process. Consultations typically take approximately two hours, although duration may vary depending on property size. This project operates on an as-needed basis. Assignment volume may fluctuate and is not guaranteed; activity levels will depend on operational demand and market needs. Compensation is per assignment. Candidates propose a rate for reviewing and submitting a report for a one-bedroom home; typical base rates in the region are $75–$90. The rate increases by $5 for each additional bedroom, up to the rate for an eight-bedroom home. Consultants also receive per-day travel compensation based on their distance from the assessment location. Further information about travel compensation and related procedures will be provided before offers are extended.
Requirements
- Have a flexible schedule.
- Have reliable transportation and be willing to travel to assigned locations.
- Own a phone or tablet suitable for completing reports and uploading photos.
- Have strong communication skills.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail.
- Be proficient in written and spoken English.
- Be comfortable with technology and able to complete reports using a stable internet connection.
- Be located within one hour’s driving distance of the job-post location.

- Background in hospitality, customer service, interior design, real estate, or a related field.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-person, on-site home consultations and property evaluations.
- Capture high-quality photos and document property conditions.
- Complete structured assessment reports using independent expert evaluation and provided guidelines and templates.
- Maintain professional and responsive communication and interactions with Hosts.
- Coordinate scheduling and availability through MediaBox and email.
- Submit reports accurately and on time after each consultation.
