Requirements

  • High school graduate
  • Minimum of one (1) year general office experience
  • Scheduling experience is highly desirable.
  • Computer skills including MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

  • Scheduling new and existing client’s services.
  • New client intake and referred to Director of Home & Community Based Services for contract signing and care plans.
  • Assist with admitting new campus clients as need when Director of Home & Community Based Services is not available.
  • Assist in maintaining client and caregiver files.
  • Basic telephone and faxing skills needed with phone etiquette with an emphasis on customer service.
  • Basic marketing skills a plus.
