The scheduler will also manage on-call and after-hours business needs, communicate staffing shortages, and operate the corporate scheduling and billing computer system. Daily and weekly billing tasks, including ensuring compliance with state and SOX regulations, are also key responsibilities. Maintaining positive relationships with colleagues, residents, and families, as well as managing client documentation, are essential. The role may also involve covering cases when care associates cannot be secured and handling on-call duties during evenings, weekends, and holidays.
