About The Position
Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) delivers skilled nursing care in the comfort of patients’ homes, creating individualized care plans, administering medications, educating patients and families and supporting recovery and independence. Requirements
- Graduate of an approved nursing education program, BSN preferred.
- Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Connecticut.
- One (1) year experience as a professional acute care nurse.
- Must have current Driver’s license and reliable transportation.
